📍 Scope and Eligibility

1.1 All registered and logged-in users of the OKPisoluck platform can participate in this game.

1.2 Participants must meet the following criteria:

1.3 The following persons are prohibited from participating:

  • Employees of OKPisoluck and PAGCOR and their immediate families.
  • Individuals on the Restricted Persons List.
  • Those who have opted for self-exclusion.

3.1 Lucky Draw Contents

Each Lucky Draw contains random prizes, which may include:

  • Cash rewards;
  • Physical prizes;
  • Virtual items;
  • Coupons or promotional rewards.

Prizes are awarded through a random selection mechanism operated by the platform. Participation in a Lucky Draw does not guarantee that any specific prize will be obtained.

3.2 Participation Method

Users must ensure that they have sufficient balance in their OKPisoluck Wallet before participating. By clicking the “Lucky Draw” button and confirming participation, users authorize the platform to deduct the applicable amount from their wallet.

By participating in any Lucky Draw or Raffle activity, users acknowledge and agree that in the event of prize unavailability, the platform may provide compensation in accordance with the Prize Unavailability policy stated in these Terms.

3.3 Lucky Draw Process

  1. User selects the desired Lucky Draw series.
  2. User clicks the “Lucky Draw” button and confirms participation.
  3. The system processes the draw and may display an animation or visual effect.
  4. Once the draw is completed, the prize result will be displayed.
  5. Depending on the prize type and applicable platform rules, users may:
    • Convert eligible prizes into cash value; or
    • Claim physical prize delivery.

3.4 Random Draw Mechanism

All Lucky Draw results are generated through the platform’s random selection system. By participating in any Lucky Draw activity, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Prize outcomes are determined randomly by the system;
  • The platform does not guarantee the receipt of any particular prize, reward, or item;
  • Previous participation results do not affect future draw outcomes;
  • Participation only grants an opportunity to obtain available prizes within the applicable activity.

The platform reserves the right to maintain, update, modify, or optimize the random draw mechanism as necessary to support operational requirements, promotional activities, security measures, or regulatory compliance.

3.5 Raffle Mechanics

  1. Users may enter a Raffle activity by selecting their preferred prize and purchasing raffle entries through the “Win Now” function.
  2. After successful participation, users may copy and share the raffle order link with friends. If another user joins the same raffle through the shared link, both users will form a group. If a member of the group wins the raffle prize, eligible non-winning group members may receive Lucky Coins rewards in accordance with the applicable promotional rules.
  3. Once the raffle satisfies the draw conditions, winners will be selected through the platform’s draw system and announced immediately.

Winning users may choose to:

  • Convert eligible prizes into cash value; or
  • Claim physical prize delivery.

The platform reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify any raffle activity due to operational, technical, legal, security, or regulatory reasons.

📍 Prize Distribution and Redemption

Prizes may include physical items of significant value, including but not limited to vehicles, real property, electronics, or other promotional items.

Any taxes, registration fees, transfer fees, documentary stamp taxes, government charges, or other costs associated with the acceptance, ownership, registration, transfer, or use of such prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winning user unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the platform.

4.1 Cash Prizes

Cash prizes will be automatically credited to the user's OKPisoluck Wallet.

4.2 Physical Prizes

The platform will arrange shipment or prize fulfillment within 30 working days after receiving complete and verified delivery information.

Shipping timelines may be affected by holidays, courier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.

Minor cosmetic defects that do not affect normal use shall not be considered grounds for return or exchange. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the prize is defective or unusable.

📍 Forfeiture Policy

If any suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions is detected, the platform reserves the right to investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate the relevant account and withhold, reverse, cancel, or forfeit any prizes, rewards, balances, or bonuses in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the user’s most recent valid participation transaction.
